How credits work

Every translated page costs 1 credit. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Credits from one-time packs never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out. Free pages without an account use a separate daily quota (5 pages) that does not consume credits.

Each page you translate consumes exactly one credit, regardless of page complexity, source language, or target language. There are no hidden multipliers.

Monthly allowance resets

Creator and Pro plans include a monthly credit allowance (1,500 or 6,000 pages) that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Credit packs never expire

One-time credit packs ($10 for 2,000 pages) are available for overflow chapters or users who prefer pay-as-you-go. Pack credits never expire and are consumed only after your monthly allowance runs out.

Without an account you get 5 free pages a day (with a small watermark), no credit card needed. Sign up free and you get 30 bonus pages with no watermark, plus the built-in editor. It uses the exact same GPU pipeline and premium LLM engine as paid plans, so there is no quality difference between free and paid tiers; the difference is page volume and features.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time with no cancellation fee. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles all billing, prorating, and refund requests. Your remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal -- all processed securely through Paddle. Paddle supports local payment methods and currencies in most countries, and handles sales tax, VAT, and invoicing automatically. You can also pay with crypto (Bitcoin, or USDT on BSC or Polygon) from your dashboard: packs are added after the payment confirms, and Creator or Pro paid with crypto run for 30 days without auto-renewal.

What if I exceed my page limit?

You have two options: buy a one-time credit pack ($10 for 2,000 pages, credits never expire) for immediate overflow, or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance. Credit pack pages are used only after your monthly subscription allowance runs out, so they act as a safety net for heavy translation months.
